Terms and refund policy

These demo terms describe the product behavior implemented in this project. Production launch requires review by the operating entity's counsel and payment provider.

Service

We sell prepaid digital mobile-data plans. Coverage, speed and availability depend on the selected plan, supported networks and local conditions.

Device requirements

You are responsible for confirming that your device is carrier-unlocked and eSIM compatible before purchase.

Refunds

Unused plans may be reviewed for a refund. A plan cannot normally be refunded after its eSIM has been installed, activated or used. Failed delivery is reviewed for retry or refund.

Privacy

We retain the minimum account, order and delivery data needed to provide the service and support your purchase.
