Installation guide

Set up your travel eSIM

Installation takes a few minutes. Do it over reliable Wi-Fi before your trip, then activate the data line after you land.

Before you start

Your phone is carrier-unlocked You have a stable Wi-Fi connection Your eSIM QR is open on another screen

Install your eSIM

  1. Open mobile settings

On iPhone, go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM. On Android, open Network & internet or Connections, then choose Add eSIM.

  2. Scan the delivery QR

Use the QR from your order page. If scanning is unavailable, enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code shown below it.

  3. Name the new line

Use a clear label such as Travel eSIM. Keep your regular SIM as the default voice line.

Connect when you arrive

Select the travel eSIM for mobile data, turn on data roaming for that line, and leave network selection on automatic. Your plan begins on its first supported network connection.

It may take up to five minutes to register on a local network. Restart the phone once if no signal appears.

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into compatible phones. Add a travel data line without replacing your physical SIM, then turn it on when you arrive.

Device compatibility

Most eSIM-capable iPhone models from XS onward, Google Pixel 4 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy S/Flip/Fold devices work when carrier-unlocked. Regional variants can differ, so check for an Add eSIM option in settings before purchase.
